Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the time you receive the goods to apply for a return.
If you wish to return the goods, they must be in the same condition as when you received them, that is, not worn or used, with all labels intact and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or purchase voucher.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how to send the package and the address. Goods returned without prior application for return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please check the goods immediately upon receiving the order. If the product is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exchange
The quickest way is to return the items you already have. Once the return is accepted, you can then purchase new items separately.
EU 14-day cooling period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the EU territory, you have the right to cancel or return them within 14 days for any reason. As mentioned above, your goods must remain in the original condition as you received them, un-worn or un-used, with all labels intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or purchase voucher.
Refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you through your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
